He recently helped me win a very confusing, annoying & frivolous case regarding my ex LA landlord. With evidence provided to him and great email communication, we were able to prove to the courts we had surrendered our apartment unit thereto not squatting like the landlord claims in the lawsuit. Despite clear emails instructions & 30 day notice to the property manager. A month into the pandemic and 3 months since moving to the east coast from LA I got a judgment/unlawful detainer against me forwarded to my new address. Unsure what to do next.
